Automated External Defibrillator

Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Training and Unit

Zone Safety Training can now offer A.E.D units at a discounted rate in conjunction with the AOFA.

Sudden cardiac arrest is a leading cause of death in Europe, affecting about 700,000 individuals a year. Many of these victims can survive if a shock from an AED is delivered within the first 5 minutes. Although it is not mandatory for an AED to be provided, it is highly recommended by the HSE that large premises have an AED unit on site.
